Welcome to Bervie Nursery!

We have a lovely team in Bervie Nursery.  Miss Cathro is Senior Early Years Practitioner and she is joined by Mrs  Cheyne, Lead Early years Practitioner, along with Miss Anderson, Miss Ironside, Miss Gibbon and Miss Hubbard, our Early Years Practitioners.  Together, they provide fantastic learning opportunities for the children who attend Nursery.

Our mud kitchen

In October 2019, our brand new, state of the art Nursery building officially opened. It is a fantastic space for our youngest pupils to play, learn and develop. Nursery operates  free flow between inside and outside, so the children can choose where they want to play. The outdoor space provides a safe environment for outdoor learning. Nursery also uses the local beach to extend outdoor learning. The children have built dens, explored the rock pools, all manner of fun outdoor activities.  No matter what the weather, the children are encouraged to use the outside space; protective clothing is available.
